DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL PLATFORM FOR SOFT SKILLS & CULTURE OF LABOUR MARKETS – digital transformation though development of digital readiness as Horizontal priority is related with Green Deal through using of digital technologies, allowed society to continue to function even during lockdowns – helping companies survive, vulnerable people access healthcare and continue to learn. The pandemic also exposed and exacerbated digital inequality and the gaps that still exist in digital access. Digital competence involves confident, critical and responsible use of digital technologies as well as covers fields such as information and data literacy, communication and cooperation, media literacy, digital content creation, security, intellectual property matters, problem solving and critical thinking. This requires advanced digital skills and knowledge, which are gradually built up by the residents of the European Union. However, on average, 40 % of the EU residents had poor or very poor digital skills; among the Baltic States, a better situation was reported in Estonia, where the skills of only 30 % residents. Project will apply for Adult education, identity of culture working with return migration and adaptation for labour market as well as soft skills digital training with special digital and virtual educational platform. The success of the digital skills depends on workers with the right skills
